The SmartServo RC-1 is the servo actuator based on a quite new principle.
The drive element this servo is a metallic artificial muscle fiber (BioMetal Fiber, BMF60) which also works as a positioning sensor. RC-1 is quite small and super lightweight because it does not contain any motor, voice coil, piezoelectric element and any sensors. The RC-1 does not generate any vibration, mechanical and electromagnetic noise. Nevertheless it works fully proportional with all commercially

 The BiCha charges one or two LiPo cells of different capacities fully automatically. It can also recharge Lipoly batteries using the Bahoma* system. Easy to handle Convenient switches specify the charge current, every 10mA between 10 and 150 mAh.

 
Gold line brushless micro motors

These new 13mm brushless motors feature 3, 4 or 6mm stack with 4,8; 5,8 and 7.6g mass.
They are power houses and can put out amazing thrust up to more than 200g at max current of 4 Amp.

These motors are perfect for 3D planes weighing between 20-100gms, and sports aerobatic planes up to around 150gms. Lipoly cells like the Kok145 or the WES310 are a good match for the motors. A common feature of all the Gold line motors is that the bell and shaft assembly come out entirely when pulled. The magnetic field strength is enough to prevent the bell from coming out during normal puller mode use. Another advantage with these motors is that the prop can be pressed on the shaft easily
by removing the bell/shaft assembly and then just slipping it back in.

Micro Carbon tubes

WES-Technik Carbon-Productrange has been extended by carbon tubes with extremely small diameter and wall thickness. The mass of the smallest tube is a mere of 0,4g per meter! Thanks to the precise shape with a diameter accuracy of +/- 3 hundreds of a millimeter the tubes can be telescoped. In this way it is possible to realize extremely small, lightweight and stiff linkages and pushrods from 0,3mm diameter for micromodels. 

Micro Carbon Halfround rods

Brand new in the range of WES-Technik products are small and lightweight
Carbon halfround rods with 0,7; 1; 1,5 and 2mm radius.
These are e.g. proper suited to be used as leading edge stiffener for Depron wings. 

 The european manufacturer guarantees highest quality of both - the micro rods and tubes made in Carbonepoxy pultrusion technology. The extremely flexible microtubes and halfround rods are characterized by optimal mechanical properties such as highest load capacity and tensile strength.

This is what mini and mikro-modelers have been waiting for since years !

Mini-clevis

Small and lightweight servos are available on the market since years. Free from play linkages for micro servos and micro rudder horns have not been available on the market yet. Modelers had to invent their home made linkages with piano wire and heat shrink tubes. In addition to the bigger forkheads for "normal" models mini-clevis are now available from WES-Technik for small and smallest servos and rudder horns.

The linkage is realized by using carbon-pushrods with either 1 or 1.3mm diameter. The pushrod has to be inserted into the bore of the fork-head, adjusted for proper function and cemented as safety. The clevis pin is 0,95mm in diameter in order to properly fit into the mini-servo with 1mm bore free from play.

The clevis is made of black plastics and are exclusively available now from WES-Technik. As a matter of course you get the adequate super lightweight mini rudder horns from us as well.
